i m having 20+experience in industry but having no degree , how can i do mba from some institute on experience basis is there any alternativ

bocz you do not have even a graduation degree, go for combined BBA+MBA degree. it will take 4 years. you can do it either full-time or part-time.

Considering you 20+ years of industry experience, do you really need an MBA degree??
If you are sure you need this degree I would suggest an Executive Development program from a Top B school in india.
These programs range from 15-18 months in duration.
