Hi Rahuldeep,
To get admission in a B.Tech programme you need to clear AIEEE or other State level Entrance Examination like UPSEE etc. However, few of the B.Tech Institutes in UP area are: Amity University, Bimtech, Galgotia's College of Engg. & Technology, JSS Academy of Technical Education, Babu
