I m having 91 percentile in JEE Mains & 74.4% (Language+PCM+ IT)& 77.6% (Language+best 4 subjects) in class 12. i am eligible for NITs, GFTI

You should check the list of different colleges (NIT's) which comes under JEE counselling. Then compare your rank with previous year cutoff for different colleges. Moreover chances are high if you have any reserved quota like SC St. But your marks 117 can definitely get you a branch in low set NIT
