I'm having an IELTS score of 6, is it possible to get any university in Canada with this score?
I would like to do my Masters in ECE related course.

Yes, you can. Your 12th class board's marks also counts. -
Yes, it is possible to get admission in Canada with IELTS score of 6, but if you want to get in good college you must have at least 60 % in graduation for post-graduation and for graduation you have to appear and score in GMAT. -
You can get admission in community colleges rather then university. I personally advice you to apply in Canadian SDS colleges.
