I'm having an IELTS score of 6, is it possible to get any university in Canada with this score?

I would like to do my Masters in ECE related course.

Yes, you can. Your 12th class board's marks also counts.

Yes, it is possible to get admission in Canada with IELTS score of 6, but if you want to get in good college you must have at least 60 % in graduation for post-graduation and for graduation you have to appear and score in GMAT.

You can get admission in community colleges rather then university. I personally advice you to apply in Canadian SDS colleges.
