I m housewife.can i do bsc at age of 30 yrs? which college will give me addmission

I did M.A. in politics but its very difficult to get good job for me .i m very upset due to my education so i want to change my field.but is it possible for me.? otherwise will u suggest me any job oriented courses which will help me to get good job
