Hi Avinash,
To pursue graduation, the minimum educational requirement is a 12th pass but with having failed in your 10th, it is not possible to directly pursue graduation, you may instead require to write and clear your schooling and then opt for the same.

it isnt possible to get admitted into graduation courses unless u clear hsc
