To apply for DCET exam, it is important to meet eligibility criteria-
- Must have studied Diploma in an AICTE-approved college or institute.
- Hold a domicile or study proof in Karnataka for at least 7 years.

No you cannot, DCET is only for the students who studied in the Karnataka Technical Education Board.
