I'm i eligible to write eamcet if im 22 years(21 completed) ??

i was born on 1992 aug .i want to write eamcet 2013 .I'l be 22 years(21 completed ) till dec 31st 2013. the eligibility criteria says that candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years . im so confused pls help ....

Hi Madhuri, for your query I would say that a candidate in the case of B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FS &T) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all
