I'm in 10th cbse and want to prepare for medical from 11th class onwards. nd which is better CPMT or AIPMT,.i don't know.?tell me.

I am a top ranker of my class.and preparing hard to get 10 CGPA in 10th. I think i would get it. and also wanted to ask more but this site has a limit of only 140 characters thats why i could n't complete my question.
