I'm in 11th and have taken commerce. I'm confused. Have I made the right choice?

Hi,
You have taken the right subject and now just be confident. There are many opportunities for a commerce student after class 12th.
You can pursue the following courses after class 12th:
CPT - CA
BBA/BMS
B.Com Hons: If you do it from a good university like Delhi University or Mumbai University

You can go for B.Com in finance and accounting from top universities such as DU if you have got good score in class 12th.
You can also go for CA which is currently in demand as per the current scenario.
