I'm in 12th arts my long goal is acting now what to choose next for degree that will enhance my personality to next level & earn money also

I want to go to Germany or Norway for forward education.Please suggest me degree or courses, diploma for earn quick money.I am interested in learning languages,web developer,it work,hospitality or tourism,marketing or anything but i want good salary job together with creating my personality day 2day
