Hi,
B.com is required if you want to enter CA course through direct route i.e. you don't have to give CPT and you can directly register for NEW CA Intermediate Course.
If you want to register to CA course after clearing your 12th then you have to give CPT and afterwards you can register NEW CA Inter

yes, you can do CA after complete 12th and after complete 12th you will give CPT exam. CPT is a entrance exam for CA. so you will cross CPT then you can take admition in IPCC. It is good. you can do this.

yes ,you can do c.a
but students will b.com with c.a ,so that if they don't complete there c.a then,they will graduate atleast to make their carrer
