The eligibility for admission to BTech in Nanotechnology course is having at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM subjects in Class 12 board exams. Further, you also need to give relevant entrance tests for admission at top colleges. A few prominent entrance exams for B Tech Nanotechnology are JEE Main,
