I m in 3rd semester diploma in electronics and telecommunication. Can I go for degree in mechatronics after completing my diploma?

I m in 3rd semester diploma in electronics and telecommunication. Can I go for degree in mechatronics after completing my diploma n get admission directly in 2nd year as i cn get for degree in electronics n telecom.? which are d best colleges if i expect 80 to 85% average in diploma ??
