I'm in 4th year of engineering, if I write OPENMAT in Feb 2013, can I apply for distance learning MBA in August 2013 from IGNOU?
I will graduate in May 2013 but get my degree in August and want to join IGNOU's distance MBA from August 2013. Is it possible to do so or will have to wait till January 2014?
