i m in B.E E&TC 7th sem ,marks are not so good ,around 55% only , what should i do so that i get a good job at the end of B.E, pls suggest

marks till 7th sem is 55.14% only, have to get at least 77% in 4th year to get a aggregate of 60%, very difficult 1 , so please suggest me what should i do like any course or something like that which can help me out . i wanna go for job after BE ,,,,,,,,,please help me ...........
