Yes Ganga, of course you can do your part-time language course along with your regular MBA, but you'll need to have an NOC i.e. No Objection certificate from you regular degree college. NOC will ensure that your degree college is aware of the thing that you're doing another course also and it would

It depends a lot on the institutes. If you are pursuing MBA from IIMs or some other top notch ones, the curriculam is too hectic to allow for extra courses. The best would be if these courses are imparted online. These will be value additions, but not as good profile enhancers as will be management
