Yes Ganga, of course you can do your part-time language course along with your regular MBA, but you'll need to have an NOC i.e. No Objection certificate from you regular degree college. NOC will ensure that your degree college is aware of the thing that you're doing another course also and it would make your course legal too. Otherwise one or both of your courses can be in danger.

It depends a lot on the institutes. If you are pursuing MBA from IIMs or some other top notch ones, the curriculam is too hectic to allow for extra courses. The best would be if these courses are imparted online. These will be value additions, but not as good profile enhancers as will be management certifications like PMI, CFA, NCFM etc.
If you are planning for Job abroad or in an MNC, language course may be an advantage. However many MBA institutes offer language as an option as a part of mBA curriculum so you may need not to do that. Still, if you want to do, you may opt for French or Spanish. both have good demand in the market. you can check with the university in your area and the cocnerned department. Most of the universities offer evening courses i.e. certificate in that language
