i'm in bca 2nd year ,in each sem delays in results ,should i attemt mca entrance exams before my final year or wht if i give after. .

Final Yr results are no way connected to entrance exams in MCA. Keep preparing and attending that. So that when you got admissions that time only you needs to show the proof of pass in the final sem/ yr for reference.
