I'm in class 12th, medical CBSE board. Can I take maths additional in the state board? Will colleges in India, USA or Canada consider it?

I have not taken math in class 11th and I want to give SAT. Will any college consider it in my application or will it be useful in India? I think it can expand my career choices.

Colleges in India follow same pattern for admission. Either PCB or PCM percentage in aggregate is considered generally. It depends on choice of field you want to take up further. Foreign colleges, add up English language too.
