To be eligible to sit for IAS (Indian Administrative Services) Exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and

However, opting for science, Arts or Commerce has nothing to do with IAS.
Eligibility criteria is such that candidate must be a graduate in any stream weather science Arts or Commerce it nothing to do with that. Also there is no such restriction regarding aggregate in graduation or 12th or 10th. Al
