Yes, lateral entry available in the B.Tech Aeronautical course at MLRIT for engineering diploma holders. The eligibility criteria is given below:
Eligibility criteria: Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B.Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under lateral entry scheme conducted by Govt. of Telengana / Andhra Pradesh.
Percentage required : Candidate must hold a Diploma in Engineering & Technology with minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved candidates). Candidates pursuing a Diploma programme are also eligible, but should have passed the course before the adm...more
