I'm in final yr of mech wid aggregate 63% in marathwada univ.Is ther chance for me 2 get into an Ivy league clg in US wid my marks n univ?

My aggregate written above is till my 3rd yr.shud i really consider applyin in US for scholarship with no significant reasearch or paper presentation background? I haven't appeared for GRE yet.Pls tell me if i hav a fair chance of getting into good univ n which univ. should i consider applyin to?
