I'm in my engineering studying computer science. What should I pursue between MBA or MS which has a bright future?

Both have equally bright future. But, the career paths are different. With MS you will have a chance to work in more technical areas with MBA the choice is a bit narrower. Get into MS and you will definitely get a chance work with high end IT companies. When you say MS I assume you are going abroad.

MS may pays you more.
