I'm in my first year of BBA. I'm thinking to drop it and select another course. Which course would be a suitable course?

I've scored 83% in 12th commerce stream. I didn't have maths.

You have a good score in XIIth. If you are looking for MBA in future than BBA/B.Com/BA is better option. If you have inclination towards Science than B.Sc. Is also a good option. Just take your time and think about which field you are looking to make your career. You can check the below link- https:
