Please mention your graduation background. If you belong to commerce background in graduation, go for M.Com or if you belong to economics background, go for M.A. Economics.

Take M.Com as it will highlight more in your CV, since you have from B.Com background and moreover, commerce department have more employability. More colleges and schools have commerce department than economics department.
