I'm in the final year of BCA at Subharti distance University. After BCA, which course should I choose: MBA or MCA? I'm working.
Right now, I'm working with a construction company as a project executive.

Both the courses has own aspects and curriculum. If you want to move into IT world or want to explore in Coding, Development, Testing then You can go for MCA or if you want to move your career towards Management side then MBA is best-fit for you.
