No, EAMCET Eligibility mandates a candidate to hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized Board. With this, candidates must also satisfy the local/non-local status as laid down in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions. Candidates satisfying the eligibility standards can apply. ht
