I'm interested in doing my higher studies in Indian culture, ancient history, etc. Which course is better among anthropology and history?

I have done graduation in B.Sc honors (biomedical sciences) and studied subjects like human genetics, cell biology, bioinformatics, immunology, psychology, food technology, medicinal chemistry, medical microbiology, etc.

Hi Stuti, Both are different as history is broader then anthropology among anthropology and history. The debate will always go on about Indian culture that you should go for history but job wise if you see anthropology, you will realise that it will give you more. So, the choice is yours, you have to finally decide the subject in which you are more interested. If you really want to go deep inside the Indian culture then history would be a better option.
