I'm interested in pursuing medicine as a career & appeared for SAT (score: 1480). Could you guide me for suitable universities?

I am a US citizen and did my education i.e. Class I-XI from India (I have an OCI card). Apart from the SAT exams, am I required to appear for any other exams e.g. TOEFL? I am interested in pursuing a career in Medicine at a good university in US/Canada. Could you guide me on the same?
