I'm interested in taking my career in human resources. I am a little bit confused about choosing a course. Which one's better: MSW or MBA?

In India, MBA in HR will suffice your interest well and will also provide good career opportunity. MSW is not mainstream in India but it has high demand in USA and UK.

MSW provides a more holistic view in terms of social work & HR principles whereas MBA HR gives a general overview on HR processes & principles. The admission process is also simpler in MSW, whereas MBA HR admission is based on CAT scores.
