There are many options available.
There are Degree courses / Diploma Course in film making - FTII Pune. Since this is a Government institute, so the fees are not so high. Admissions are based on Entrance & Test.
Degree Course in Film making - NSD Delhi. Thus is also a Government institution. You do not have to pay fees. Rather you get paid as student. Admission is purely on Entrance and Test.
Besides these there are many Private colleges and institutions in Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai etc.
But, the fees are very high. It may vary from course to course.
