I'm interested to become a cabin crew. Is it compulsory to get trained in institutes before attending interviews?

No actually it is not important to attend training at an institute, you can go for it directly.
However the are many things that are taught in the institutes that help you become more confident for the interview, including flight procedures, communication, personality development etc. -
A college course in Cabin Crew is not required, but it can be helpful! A Cabin Crew course will help give you an understanding of the industry. This can be extremely useful during the application process as you will have knowledge and understanding of the job.

Training always help, you will be well ahead from the untrained people. But yes if you want to try it once without training you can go and attend one or two interviews, it will help you to decide further. Good Luck!

Hello Akshay,
The training is not compulsory for any interview. If you think that you meet the criteria required by any airline, then go and attend any walk in interview. Once you face the interview, you will get an idea whether you need to join any institute or not.
