In the North, Amity, is good. In the south, SIMC, Nitte University, Manipal University, Osmania, are considered the best. Since all have good masscomm programs, check the fees and ask for scholarship details. Don't overpay. .

Hi Aditi, Whosoever has given you the option for pursuing a Bachelors in functional English (If available in 3 yrs degree course) has rightly advised. But as a friend, I would suggest you to go for functional English only if you are interested in pursuing the same and want to enhance your English.
