I'm looking for a decent medical college with total course fees under INR 34 lacs.

I belong to the EWS category, scored 88.17% in 12th and 94.72% in 10th. My NEET 2025 AIR is 5,08,929, state rank is around 30k, and EWS category rank is about 53k. Which colleges would suit these details?
