I'm looking for a Masters in HR in Canada. Most of the courses are graduate certificates from college & not universities. Can you help?

What is the difference between doing it from colleges and from universities? Will there be any issue in placement if I pursue a graduate certificate course and not an MBA?

First of all, you should take a degree from a university not a college. Keep searching for the courses in different universities. If you are not able to find in one university look for it in another one.
