You can try for Vancouver Film School. It provides 1-year Diploma program.

Hi Maneesh, I am suggesting Canada because of the opportunities you will have in this sector. Remember there is no concept of placements abroad, the colleges will help you with networking with potential employers, there is no on-campus recruitment drive etc. You have to be very good in your studies and your skills in animation must be excellent so that you are noticed.
