If you mean to ask MBA colleges with fees less than 1 lakh, I would suggest the following
1. FMS Delhi
2. IIT Delhi
3. NITs

pl visit website of shikshan shulka samiti or www.dte.org.in/mba and find out fees under one lakhs for MBA, there are many institutes who has fees in your range of budget or sms 9881000922
