I'm married & have a baby. My age is 26, can I do this course? After this course, can I be provided with a job? I have done M.Sc in (CS).

You might get ample career opportunities in hand as you are Master's degree holder in Computer Science. You can try for various jobs in Software Engineering/IT Industry and in case you already have job experience in the same, then it will be add on. If you still wish to go for Aviation industry then I would request you to help me with the course name which you want to know about.
