I m MBBS student. what is the procedure after clearing nzrex for PG in surgery in new zealand?? Please provide every detail.

i want to do PG in surgery and after clearing nzrex do i have to apply for job or i will get admission like in india. And i want to do pg in SURGERY so is there any other process.Also Please provide every minute detail of the course(time, univ.,fees, salary, exams etc.) i want to convince my parents
