I m MBBS student. what is the procedure after clearing nzrex for PG in surgery in new zealand?? Please provide every detail.

I want to know whether i have to apply for job or i get adm. in univ. automatically. What is the protocol of selection(similar to india?) Also i want to do pg in surgery so is there any other method for the same. Kindly provide every minute detail as I have to discuss the matter with my parents.
