i'm MBBSgrad with 8-9 years of exp in Pvt/trust/ govt. sector in position of JR/Emergency medical officer and now I'm medical officer In-charge of a PHC in state provincitial medical services. my Q is will it be better to do a PG diploma (distance learning) OR Masters in Hospital Administration

since you have a very good experience in the field, so you can go for diploma or masters, as per your choice.
but i will not suggest you to go for distance learning, because wen we are in regular course, v not only learn from teachers bot also from college environment & colleagues. later two are abs

well you can opt to go for pgd(Distance learning) as you can learn while you work.The institutes like Sikkim Manipal,Rajiv gandhi and IGNOU might be offering your specified area.As you are a MBBS you can also try for CREMA which offers courses in your desired feild
