I'm MCA graduate. with 16 years of experience. What extra I have to do to be on the curve for better employment

I am MCA graduate with over 16 Yrs of experience and working as Project Manager. What extra needs to be done by me so that many Senior Level employment opportunities get open.

it's good you got 16 yrs of experience, the best thing according to me is you can go for PhD or MS level course in MCA. But MS program in Inida is little hidden due to it's poor infrastructure and and awareness about the course by the people. So, PhD is best option if you are willing to conduct it i
