I'm mech engineer from an avg college, got placed in Infosys(IT domain), unwilling to join. What must i do next for at least 8lpa+ package?

I have no backlogs , 8.36cgpa 2014 pass-out. I also took CAT and other MBA entrances last year, but couldn't do well. Shall I take up infosys job and then pursue MBA? Or shall I do MS frm Germany after a year's drop? Or shall i jst prepare for MBA, see if i can convert this time(that's lot of risk)?

It totally depend on you Mr.Tej, but I feel that you should pick up Infosys if its not a bencher's offer. Do MBA while in job itself. You will have invaluable experience also while you complete your Masters which will fetch you your desired package job. All the very best.
