hi namrata,welcome to https://shiksha.com and the main diff is pgdm is a post graduate diploma course and mba is post graduate masters course in detail one master course is equal to two diploma courses but the theme and thesis is sam ein both but the value goes for masters ...i hope ur doubt is clea

Hi,
PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes, whereas MBA degree is offered by universities.
The course curriculum of both these course is almost similar, both these course offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
