i m not completed 10th classs failure i can go for open university for degree

To pursue graduation the minimum qualification required is a 12th pass and as you have not given your 12th, it would not be possible to apply for the graduation course.
If not regular, you can apply for 12th through private by institutes like NIOS and post clearing 12th you can go ahead f

ya some universities offfered it, like as uttrakhand open university, u can do graduation without completed 10 or 12. but i want to suggest u that u have complete 10 or 12 firstly it will better then thats, u can do 10 and 12 from open school also. it,s NIOS and it,s too easy also.

If you are over 18 years, then you can go for open university degree.

If you are above 18 years and confident to clear the degree level exam you can do it
However, open University degree is not acceptable for certain higher education including LLB as it demands at least 10+2+3
Considering your English you have written above, It is not advisable to you
