ya some universities offfered it, like as uttrakhand open university, u can do graduation without completed 10 or 12. but i want to suggest u that u have complete 10 or 12 firstly it will better then thats, u can do 10 and 12 from open school also. it,s NIOS and it,s too easy also.

If you are over 18 years, then you can go for open university degree.

If you are above 18 years and confident to clear the degree level exam you can do it However, open University degree is not acceptable for certain higher education including LLB as it demands at least 10+2+3 Considering your English you have written above, It is not advisable to you Better go formal
