I'm not so good in GD but my academics are good and have 80 percentile in MAT. Can I get shortlisted for BIMM?

Academics is not the only criteria for getting into BIMM. You don't have to be very fluent. Try mock GD's and practice hard. I am sure you will excel.

No, for selection in BIMM you need to have very good communication skills. It is as important as your marks in MAT. You have to well prepare for your GD then only you will get selected.
