    Hello,
Yes, it might affect your studies, but MBA is not all about accounts, but it is about management. You can take extra classes for accounts. Make your basics stronger in accounts by revising the school curriculum. You might have not understood it in school, but you can now. It will make you confident. And at last, don't get scared a subject at all. The more scared we are the scared, it seems. So, work hard on basics and you will do well. You can also watch YouTube videos for the subject, a lot of teachers share their knowledge and make you understand one way or the other. All the best.

Yes, because finance and accounts go hand in hand. If there is finance, accounts will also be there.
MBA in Finance. For those seeking a career that deals with money, an MBA specialization in finance can prove to be invaluable. It is a career field which requires one to possess skills in mathematics, economics, and financial theory, all of which are covered in great detail in a finance degree, specialization or track.
