I'm not sure of what to do after B.Sc in agriculture other than M.Sc? What can I get into which won't include me leaving my city?

I need guidance on what to do after my Ag. B.Sc. M.Sc seems fine but I'm done with studying far from home. Please advice me elaborately on the scope & career. I've heard many that Ag. B.Sc isn't a great field for future security & it's not good for girls. Now, I'm scared as I'm about to graduate.
