Pl click on the link Scholarship Cum Entrance Test 2014. A new window will open & you will see the Entrance form. Along with the form there's another option of Downloads, click on this option, you need to fill your Form No/ Mobile No / Roll no to download the Admit Card. For any further query pl fe
