not a good chance
as msc nd higher degree holders also appy for the same jobs

Scope is very limited to working as a chemists / technical supervosory rank positions in private industries for a simple B.Sc Chemistry. I suggest you immediately go for post graduation and then also try to clear NET or SET exam to make you eligible for the Lecturer's job also.
